About us

The Arignar Anna Co-operative Industrial Estate Ltd., commercially known as Anna Industrial Park was registered as an Industrial Co-operative Society under sec 10 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30).

The society was registered on 30th December 1989 by the Functional Registrar/Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce, the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Tamilnadu and started its operations since 1st February 1990.

As on date, the society has 1327 members with a paid up Share Capital of Rs.24,99,500/-.

Approval of Industrial Layout

The Industrial layout has been approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai vide reference Rc.No.17005/2009/LA2 dated 24.02.2010 with a technical approval No.17/2010. The revised layout approval also obtained from the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai vide reference Rc.No.2137/2012/LA2 dated 13.02.2012 with a technical approval No.2/2012.

There are a total of 600 plots, including 585 industrial plots and 15 public utility plots.
